Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders in 2-3 days from the date of order confirmation. Should your item be unavailable for any reason, we will contact you within 24 hours to discuss options including alternatives and refunds for your order.

 

Estimated delivery times

Please note these are working days and do not include weekends or bank holidays and apply from the date of dispatch.

UK - 1-2 days

Europe - 3-5 days

All other locations - 5-7 days

Please bear in mind that delays can happen, especially around winter months. Although our couriers may aim for these estimated delivery times, they are not guaranteed.

 

For customers outside the UK, please don’t forget that import customs and weather conditions can delay delivery. If your parcel seems delayed please contact your local delivery service and provide your parcel reference, they will be able to advise you on the location of your parcel better than we can :)

I wasn’t at home when my postman tried to deliver and the parcel is now being returned to sender,

what happens now?

All items are sent with a return address in case anything goes wrong. Should your order be returned due to incorrect address provided by yourself, or if you were not at home to receive it and did not rearrange delivery or collect it from your local post depot, or if there is an issue with your local delivery service, you will not be refunded the cost of any postage paid.

If you wish to have the item resent, we must ask that you pay a postage charge for a new delivery attempt to be made.

If the item is returned to us due to an error on our part or a damaged label, we will happily resend the item for you at our cost.

Any issues with your local postal service you must take up with them directly, we cannot speak to them on your behalf.

 

Help! My parcel has been lost, what do I do?

In the event of your order being lost, or your local postal service if you are an international customer, we can claim compensation for the lost delivery. In order to claim for a lost delivery we must wait 30 days from the date of expected delivery before a claim can be processed. This allows extra time for your local postal service to locate the parcel and perhaps deliver it as intended. Once 30 days has passed from the expected delivery date please contact us with details of your order so we can begin a claim.

In the event of a successful claim you can choose to have either a replacement sent or a full refund including any postage charges that were paid. Refunds will only be made to the original payment method.
