Although all our items are made to order we still offer returns and exchanges, and so anything returned to us because it doesn't fit ends up here on sale at a discounted rate.

Are they faulty?
No, any faulty items are repaired and given to charity so you shouldn't find any seconds here.
These have simply been tried on once and returned because a customer needed a different size.
Otherwise they are just like our regular products, so our usual terms and conditions apply.
You may return and exchange these as normal if they are unsuitable and discount offers and codes can still be used.
